Completed my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida
Worked as a general physician from 1975 until 1987 when I started my residency at Hospital Universitario de Caracas.
From 1981 until 1990, I worked as an Ear Nose and Throat Surgeon, Otorinolaryngologist at different hospitals, at outpatient clinics, and at my private practice in Venezuela.
I worked as a Mental Health Counselor at non-profit agencies, mostly at neighborhood centers for families in Orange County, Florida.
While working towards my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, and afterwards, I had the privilege of working in different areas such as childcare, as an administrative assistant, teaching at local private colleges, and tutoring. All these other work experiences have helped me acquire information and skills that are now helping me better understand and help my clients meet their goals when they complain about struggles in their daily lives.
I am also a certified Integral Life Coach and a Professional Medical Interpreter
